Research and development of "eco-friendly" bonding materials drives the upgrade of the green manufacturing industry.
Against the backdrop of the "Dual Carbon" goals, research and development of "eco-friendly" technologies for adhesive materials have become a key industry focus. Eco-friendly adhesives not only require raw materials that are non-toxic and harmless, but also demand reduced energy consumption and lower pollutant emissions during the manufacturing process. Additionally, these materials should be biodegradable or recyclable, helping to drive the manufacturing sector toward greener, more sustainable practices.

Against the backdrop of the "Dual Carbon" goals, research and development of "eco-friendly" technologies for adhesive materials have become a key industry focus. Eco-friendly adhesives not only require raw materials that are non-toxic and harmless, but also demand reduced energy consumption and lower pollutant emissions during production. Additionally, these materials should be biodegradable or recyclable, helping to drive manufacturing toward greener, more sustainable practices.
The industry's technical leader stated that the development of eco-friendly adhesive materials is primarily focused on three key directions: First, replacing traditional petroleum-based raw materials with bio-based alternatives such as plant starch and natural rubber, thereby reducing reliance on non-renewable resources. Second, developing water-based adhesive systems, using water as a solvent instead of organic solvents to eliminate emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Third, designing biodegradable adhesive structures that can naturally decompose in the environment or be efficiently processed after products reach the end of their lifecycle, minimizing environmental pollution. Currently, eco-friendly water-based adhesives have already been widely adopted in industries like furniture manufacturing and packaging printing. These adhesives achieve VOC emission reductions of more than 90% compared to conventional solvent-based adhesives, while still meeting industry standards for bonding strength and water resistance. As environmental regulations continue to strengthen and technology advances steadily, eco-friendly adhesives are poised to become the mainstream products in future markets, driving the green transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industries.

As electronic devices evolve toward miniaturization and higher power, heat dissipation has gradually become the core bottleneck limiting device performance—yet the thermal conductivity of heat-conducting materials has emerged as the key metric for gauging their cooling capabilities. Recently, industry technology experts pointed out that the thermal performance of these materials isn’t determined solely by a single component, but rather depends on the design of internal heat-transfer pathways and the properties of the filling medium within the material.
In the industrial manufacturing sector, the temperature resistance of adhesive materials directly affects the service life and safety stability of products. Recently, breakthroughs have been made in material technology, leading to the development of high-temperature-resistant adhesives that effectively address the issue of traditional adhesives easily aging and peeling off under extreme heat conditions. These advancements now offer innovative solutions for high-temperature applications such as aerospace and automotive manufacturing.
